While intended to cater to the series' dedicated competitive base, performance issues and format limitations have sparked significant debate among players.
On the technical front, the game is reportedly locked at 30 frames per second across both Nintendo Switch and the upcoming Switch 2. Early impressions shared by the community describe menu navigation as slow and clunky, with some players voicing frustration over the overall performance quality.
