The software operates by utilizing a MacBook's internal motion sensors to detect physical impact, subsequently triggering a variety of pre-selected sound effects.
Developed using Swift, the application allows users to customize their experience through eight different voice packs. These options range from suggestive moaning sounds to comedic punch effects and flatulence noises. The creator revealed on Reddit that the entire project, including the landing page and licensing system, was completed and shipped in a mere 48-hour window.
In addition to the primary impact detection features, the app includes supplementary functions such as the "USB Moaner," which activates audio upon connecting a peripheral. To prevent technical issues during intense use, the developer has incorporated a cooldown timer and adjustable sensitivity settings. Users can also view a lifetime counter tracking the total number of times they have interacted with the device.
